Andrew Bartel (owner/technician) is a retired Electrical/Computer Engineer with a 40 year career in the technology industry.   His experience with industrial electronics and software includes military avionics, computer design, and communication systems (pagers, smart phones, 5G cellular basestation). 

After retiring from a large international tech company, he decided to put his experience with home improvement and HVAC to use and organized ACBartel Consulting LLC.   He graduated with honors from the Lehigh Carbon Community College HVAC and Refrigeration certificate program in August 2025, and his business is registered as a Home Improvement Contractor in Pennsylvania (requiring appropriate insurance).  Andrew is an EPA Section 608 Certified Technician, and has decades of experience debugging electro-mechanical systems.  He has made a significant investment in HVACR training, modern HVAC tools, and an HVAC parts inventory to enable excellence in HVAC servicing as well as Handyman repairs/maintenance.  

Andrew somtimes receives assistance from Mia Bartel (spouse/employee).  Mia is a skilled painter, organizer, bookeeper, home improvement specialist, and part runner.
